The Social Committee is the heartbeat of our Pickleball Club, dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for players of all levels. This enthusiastic team organizes a variety of events, from casual mixers and friendly tournaments to themed parties and potlucks. Their mission is to create opportunities for members to connect, share experiences, and celebrate our love for the game.

The Scheduling Committee is essential to the smooth operation of our
Pickleball Club, focusing primarily on managing calendars and updating sign-up sheets. They prepare copies of guests waivers, incident reports, round robins and ensure binders at each location are kept current and in order. They manage the clubs registration waitlist and no-show notifications. This dedicated team ensures that all club events, court times, and member sign-ups are organized and easily accessible.

The Indoor Court Committee is dedicated to exploring and developing potential indoor facilities to serve our pickleball community year-round. This committee plays a vital role in researching, evaluating, and overseeing plans for new locations that will best serve our members’ needs. Among these options, we are excited to consider a shared bubble facility alongside the tennis club, providing top-notch playing conditions in a collaborative space. The committee’s work will ensure that any chosen facility reflects the highest standards and meets the diverse needs of our community.

The Player Development Committee is dedicated to enhancing the skills and overall experience of pickleball players within our club. This dynamic team focuses on creating programs and opportunities that cater to players of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors, ensuring everyone has the chance to grow and excel in the sport. Our level mentors play an essential role, offering guidance, programs, and personalized advice to help players achieve their personal pickleball goals.

This team is responsible for securing financial support through fundraising initiatives and pursuing grant opportunities to support the club's development. The Communications Committee is crucial to keeping members informed, engaged, and connected within our Pickleball Club. This committee will manage all aspects of communication, including sending out regular newsletters, providing updates on club activities, and ensuring that important information reaches our members in a timely and effective manner.

The Treasury Committee is a key component in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our Pickleball Club. This committee is responsible for overseeing the club’s finances, including managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to support club initiatives and long-term goals.
The Facilities and Maintenance Committee is vital to ensuring that our Pickleball Club remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all members. This committee will maintain an inventory of club balls and arrange for the purchase of balls and nets. They ensure the ball machine is maintained and all users have been trained, with safety top of mind. This dedicated team liaises with city staff with a focus on overseeing the upkeep and improvement of our facilities, ensuring that courts and amenities are in optimal condition for play and community activities.
