The Fundraising and Social Committee organizes and coordinates activities that help build connections and camaraderie among club members. Activities include providing refreshments for special events, potlucks, tournaments, and club activities.
Focused on securing funding to support the club’s ongoing and future needs through activities such as grant writing, community outreach, marketing the importance of pickleball, and making direct appeals to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

The court development committee is dedicated to exploring and developing potential new playing venues that serve our Pickleball community. This committee researches, evaluates and oversees possible plans for new locations accommodating the rapid growth and needs of the SPA.

The Communications committee is responsible for keeping members informed, engaged, and connected within our club. It oversees website maintenance, sending regular newsletters, sharing updates on club activities, and ensuring important information is delivered to members promptly and effectively.

The Scheduling committee is responsible for the collaborative creation of the indoor and outdoor schedules and reviewing court usage regularly to ensure equal allocation of sessions across all skill levels. The committee is comprised of a cross section of members from different skill levels.

The Facilities and Maintenance committee coordinates all aspects of court maintenance, and inspection of all pickleball related equipment. With club safety in mind, the committee helps to keep courts free of debris and leaves, blowing them off on a regular basis. They maintain an inventory of club balls and arrange for the purchase of balls and nets.
