Create your SignUp Genius Account

Create an account using the email address used to register with Pickleball Canada.  Register using the SignUpGenius website not the App.

Note - Hotmail emails are not recommended. 

If you have an established account at SignUpGenius click on LOG IN and proceed to enter your User Name and Password.

Gmail accounts work best with SignUp Genius to receive information from the site.

1. Go to the Google Account sign in page

2. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account.
3. Use the account you created to sign in to Gmail.
4. Once created, use your new Gmail account to create a SignUp Genius account.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING SUG ACCOUNT AND CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR PROFILE, YOU MUST INFORM SUMMERLAND PICKLEBALL OTHERWISE YOU WON‘T SEE THE SIGN UPS. 

Based on your self rating, select your level. Most levels are available at all locations.

• Level play - Level 3.0 to Level 4.0
• All level social play
• Book a Court - play with your friends

Find the day and time you are able to play. Click on Sign Up. Follow the prompts.

Sign ups are open 8 days in advanced on the hour.

If the app is not available for your device an alternate option is available.

To bookmark m.signupgenius.com on any device:

1. Open your browser from your tablet/phone and navigate to m.signupgenius.com.
2. Tap the Share button on the right edge of the address bar.
3. Tap Bookmark. A bookmark is automatically created and saved to your Mobile Bookmarks folder

Download the SignUpGenius app from your app store. Follow the steps to install the software.

The recent introduction of the waitlist has caused some confusion. On mobile devices, it may appear that you're registered for an event even if you’re actually on the waitlist.

Here’s how to tell your status:

• If you’re fully registered, your name will appear on the roster, and the “Sign Up/Join Waitlist” button will be greyed out.
• If you’re on the waitlist, your name will still appear on the roster, but the button will indicate your waitlist position.

Using Kyle as an example, the left image shows him as registered, while the right image shows him as #1 on the waitlist. Both views can look similar at first glance, so check carefully to confirm your registration status.
